My connection who is a Recruiter and working for Many Well known MNCs to close their requirements, has asked me his concern, “Sir, Nowadays I am facing challenges while closing positions. People attend interviews round, get shortlisted, got finally selected and even Accept Job offer but suddenly got disappear on the day of joining the company.
